Chick-fil-A

The wait was a bit longer than I've ever experienced. However, they gave me a gift card to choose 1 of 3 items for free. I love that you can use ALL of your points with the CFA app to order food. That is actually top tier! Other apps make you wait 15 mins to order anything with points. So big ups to you guys for that. I ordered a grilled chicken club sandwich, large waffle fry, lemonade AND a small fry! All with points. Food was fresh & hot. Also they have Gluten-free packaged buns!! Yay! Staff was nice.

I love a good spicy chicken deluxe! Now a spicy grilled deluxe!? Yes please. Get rid of the Colby and stick to the pepper Jack. I've never had an issue at Chick-fil-a, but unfortunately I've had a couple mis-haps at this location. One time my asked for a gluten free bun (she has an allergy) and they even ask if it's for an allergy which is awesome but drove all the way from brookfield to Brown Deer only to discover the bun was not gluten free. Another time we went as a family (this was quite recent) and they were busy! Even for a Chick- fil-a! (They're Always BUSY) cold nuggets like warm fries and no utensils (I got Colby jack when I asked for pepper Jack, but I survived my grilled spicy). I'll def go back but probably only off peak hours. They did rectify the situation with someone free items so they handled that well. Which we praise the dedication to the guest!
