We have always been admirers of Chick-fil-A, but unfortunately, this particular location has not consistently met our expectations. On our most recent visit, we experienced some challenges with both service and food quality. We decided to dine in, and I noticed that our order was prepared and placed on the counter, where it remained for about ten minutes without being attended to. While one staff member did approach it, they ultimately set it back down and walked away, despite there being no customers at the counter.
When I pointed this out, I received the tray, but it was missing condiments, and the food was at room temperature. Additionally, the gluten-free bun was broken into several pieces inside the bag. We have always appreciated Chick-fil-A as a brand, but it seems this location may need some improvements to align with that standard. Although it is the closest to our home, we are considering visiting another location in the future to ensure a better experience.
