i ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun for dine in, and was given fried chicken (rest of my order was correct, just the chicken was wrong). when i went up to the counter to ask for what i ordered, i was helped very kindly and quickly, and while i stood waiting for the correct chicken i had multiple other employees stop and ask very kindly if there was anything i needed help with. mistakes happen and they fixed theirs very quickly and professionally :)

We went through the drive thru. After asking for a gluten free bun then deciding on no bun. The kid, Zachary, who took our order out on the order a Multigrain Brio bun. Please train your ppl better! Chick-fil-a used to be so great at training as far as gluten free goes. Mishandling like this can cause someone to become very sick!!!!
