Chick-fil-A

It's our kids' favorite occasional take out meal, so we fight the crazy traffic and do the long circles around the building forever to get it. We don't mind that to make them happy since it's a rare thing and we almost always are greeted by friendly staff, but we do often have issues with our order. It's a complicated order (half the order is strictly gluten free) so we do have a lot of patience and understanding, but every time we do seem to have multiple sides missing or mixed up, gluten free grilled items have been the gluten containing fried option instead, etc. We have also had times where everything was fine, it's hit or miss. When it's all correct, everything is great and we are really thankful to have this option that our whole family can enjoy as a special treat.

UPDATE: Lately their service has declined. The group in the drive through seem to be wanting to have conversation among themselves more than attending customers. On multiple occasions our order was incorrect and although they gave us credit, we had a bad experience because one in our party usually ends up missing something. Went back today and same scenario: chatting amongst themselves before taking our order. The lady cashing us out when we asked her to read back our order she was to quick and did not mentioned that we requested no ice in our drinks When asked she replied, yup. When she charged us we asked for a receipt and while she walking away from us she said we can get it over there. When up to the window and again, chatting amongst themselves, laughing before acknowledging us. Hopefully it will improve. ---------------------- Fast and almost precise. Great customer service and they have gluten free buns!!! Always doing something for the neighborhood.
