I had the exact same meal messed up 3 (the original AND TWO replacements). I will not be returning! Only giving 2 stars for past experience that were okay.
The first time they gave me the chicken fillet pictured. It is obviously cut in half amd is super thin. I had to wait about 20 minutes for my order. They put a brownie that a can't eat in the bag to "make up for it".
The 2nd time they gave me both cheese and a regular bun (can't have dairy or gluten), regular lemonade with sweet tea (can't have anywhere near that anount of sugar), and refused to make the side salad without cheese, so I couldn't get the original combo I ordered.
The third time, I asked for a gluten free bun and they gave me no bun at all and, again, gave me regular lemonade with sweet tea. At this point I just asked for a refund.
The service and food has gone way down hill to the point of ridiculousness.
Also, what's up with the weird changes to the parking lot and taking away curbside?! If the line is long and you park, your trapped in the line to get out! Smh!
