I'm impressed, to say the least. The gluten free bun that they are now offering at this location is pretty good (solid taste, but the texture is a little crumbly). More importantly though, customer service at this location is top notch. When I went, someone cut in line and another person became very upset and attempted to start an altercation. The manager on duty came out, calmly handled the situation, and most importantly, made sure that the issue didn't cause a delay for everyone else in line. Considering how hectic the situation was, I think that's very respectable.
