So it's chick-fil-a, a automatic 5 star from me on a normal day. They're next level and I've never had anything to complain about. But today wasn't a normal day. My girlfriend's parents were on the way through town and we needed food. She and her mother can not have gluten, so the gluten free buns have been a God send for them. We made our order, and were waiting patiently for our food when they informed us they were out of the buns. The manager(Ryan? Sorry, I'm horrible remembering names) immediately came over, apologized and asked if lettuce wraps were ok as a substitute(which they are) and took our receipt to refund the upcharge for the buns. He came back and told us he had taken care of the whole thing. Totally didn't have to do that! Would give more stars if I could! Thank you, you all are awesome.
