Chick-fil-A

I love Chick-fil-A but this location always forgets something in our bag I don’t know why I still trust you. I will be looking from now on even if I have to take everything out of my bag. The first time you forget my sandwich the second time you forget my daughter’s gluten free bun and this time you forgot a 12 piece nugget. My daughter loves to eat chick-fil-A because you offer gluten free items. I’m very irritated that you can’t take the time to make sure the order is correct and all in the bag!!!!

I came to this restaurant the other day for a gluten free grilled chicken meal and had a moldy bun so they took care of me and gave me a refund. All was good until I saw a discrepency with the refund so I came back in to confirm with the manager talking about the whole incident next to a cashier. I decided after a nice conversation with the manager to get some grilled chicken nuggets so I ordered chicken nuggets figuring he'd understand that I am gluten free. He didn't and gave me breaded chicken nuggets. I had to give my whole $6 thing of chicken nuggets to my friend with me. For the price I pay to come here I'd expect more knowledgeable employees.
