I had left a not so great review previously. I had repeated issues with one employee seemingly purposefully not placing my order right. I have celiac disease and require a gluten free bun so this ended up being very stressful for me, especially because it happened nearly every time this employee took my order, nearly 15 or so times. After having a conversation with Ms. Crystal, she handled it in a very professional manner and kept me informed, since she felt my frustration. In the end, she made sure there was a button for a gluten free bun during breakfast, since previously there wasn’t one, and would cause the ordering process for me to be sometimes several minutes longer. I’m very appreciative, and I’m sure the staff are as well since it is now much easier to take my order!
