The worst service ever. I ordered a chicken sandwich on a gluten free bread it was full of mold. I called and spoke with a manager by the name of Kelly. I informed her, and she said ‘I don’t know how that can happen because we order our bread daily’. I then said I will bring the bread tomorrow to show you. Kelly the manager said ‘ok have a good evening’ and hung up. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. The service use to be superior there when they had ‘OZRO’ (phonetically sound) but has declined.
They don’t even repeat your order when you get to the window. I hope Kelly is not on her way to her own store because her customer service will reflect a ‘thumbs down’.
