I ordered a gluten-free chicken sandwich and I will tell you the chicken was excellent but the gluten-free bun was worse than eating cardboard and they charged me a $1.15 for it I did let them know and all I got was I'm sorry. Again the chicken was good but the bun was horrible and made the experience horrible I don't normally go to Chick-fil-A and I probably won't come back again just my two cents I normally give very good reviews and if the bun was good I would have gave a great review gave a great review if it was just a chicken nuggets I would have probably given an excellent review that was the worst experience I got I'm bad

Great team and service! My son has to be gluten-free, so he can only have the grilled nugs. When we got home and saw that he got fried instead of grilled, of course called the store and talked to Christina, she was apologetic and quick to correct the order. When I went to pick up the correct order, they went above and beyond to make it right and give great service…Thank You!!!
