We don't come here very often because we live in Hemet and they are located in Redlands but when our grandson visits we try to make it a special treat. We can all find things we love even though I can't have dairy, soy, am gluten sensitive and a bunch of additives that I know they don't use. So while my son and grandson have the amazing shakes 😋and whatever else they want😂, my husband who is trying to eat lighter skips the fries, eats a nice chicken sandwich and milk. I get the original chicken sandwich and I love it! The freshness and crunch of the pickles, plus the chicken is so tender, every single time. They are almost always busy which is a testament to how truly great the food, company, and service is. Please, PLEASE build one in Hemet!!! There are nice areas😀

My daughter loves Chic-fil-A, and she is with celiac. We go there because of their gluten free bun and grilled chicken nuggets. We went in this location on our way to Big Bear. I made online order which included GF bun. When we got our order I checked and there wasn’t any bun. I went again and I told the girl that they missed my bun, and she told me that they actually do not have any GF buns right now. Ok, if you don’t have why then you are charging me for it?? I don’t want regular bun, nor she offered any refund. It is $1.70, not a big deal, but not that is the point!! They have to update their system and not to charge for stuff they don’t have in stock.
