I have a severe gluten allergy, and I have to pay mire every time I come in for a gluten free bun. But at least 2x out of 5 visits, either i'm given the wrong sandwich (breaded) or no GF bun, or something else is wrong with the order. The ticket shows the correct request, but the order is incorrect when I open up the bag at home. And I have been charged the excessively high up charge every time.
It's really irritating and I've had this happen at least six times in the last five months.
A gluten allergy is a very serious thing and they should take it seriously as it could be life threatening
Chick filet should stop charging customers a lot more money for the service when they don't provide the service for it. And check their bags before they hand them out. Very disappointing.
