Chick-fil-A

While ordering my food a young employee was not paying much attention because they had just been arguing with another coworker. I requested grilled chicken, with waffle fries, and chocolate milkshake and told them this order is a gluten allergy. They said okay. I drove around, received my food. I ate my food and drank the milkshake. It was crunchy. I turned on the light and saw it was made out of oreos.... now I have to go to urgent care in the morning, potentially sooner, if the medication i have on hand does not help. Thank you chickfila for have employees who are a distraction to one another, cannot get an order right when its an allergy request. A 12 dollar meal now is going to become a $300-$600 in a medical bill.

Asked for gluten free bread because I Physically can’t eat it and they gave me gluten bread and when I asked for the gluten free they took 40 whole minutes to complete it. Service was just awful and horrible

Very nice people. However it took 40 minutes for Me to get my food. And that was after I asked them twice where it was and the got it wrong. They messed up and order that was supposed to be celiac safe and put a normal bun on instead of a gluten free bun causing the food to not be safe for Celiac
