Picked up food for a family member and they refused to bag a fry separately saying "policy" dispite me telling multiple people I was asking for an allergy. Having one girl say "I think you'll be okay" while i'm visblely uncomfortable and offer a second empty bag. One steamy bag of hot gluten burger bun and fries later I'm now no longer comfortable ordering food here out of fear my allergy -that will make sick and break out- not being taken seriously. [Chick fila being the only fast food restaurant that's supposed to have designated fryers for the fries is the only reason I was getting them to begin with.] All seemed like a big red flag and I care too much about getting sick to be back.
