Soda machine was not working right I told the worker (asian one mentioned in other comments had same experiamce ) but she did not care because it was 8pm they closed at 9 that day. Had better expectations for care.
Food: The food was absolutely amazing. That is why this review has 4 stars. The kitchen staff really cares about what an customer orders. They are very tentative to the sauces and food allergens with gluten.

The gluten free bun was good but the grilled chicken was so dry. Worse than pollo tropical dry. The fries are extremely sweet and not in the good way. Staff told us about joining the app after our order so we couldn’t get the free options included with our order. Front staff in this location clearly don’t follow appearance policy like the other restaurant in Orlando. So glad this place is far from the rest of everything in the mall.
