I love chicken salad. I will drive anywhere for a chicken salad sandwich. I'm always so disappointed anywhere else. But when I go there I just like the classic Carol it is perfect for me. I have to be gluten-free with all my food. And Chicken Salad Chick has an amazing gluten-free menu

I took my T1 diabetic celiac granddaughter as maybe a great alternative. I Loved that so many chicken salads were GF & fresh fruit a great side. Was disappointed that there was not GF crackers. An opportunity missed.
