I’ve ordered the Fancy Nancy three times in the past week—last Friday, Monday, and again today. Unfortunately, the quality has been wildly inconsistent. Today’s order was a major disappointment. The chicken salad was dry, tasted old, and had the texture of canned chicken—not at all like the fresh, flavorful version I received the previous two times. On top of that, the fruit mix was incomplete. Fancy Nancy is supposed to include apples, pineapple, and grapes—today, it only had grapes. Also, the online ordering system is frustrating. It repeatedly rejected my (correct) card information with an “incorrect format” error, eventually forcing me to give up and go inside to place the order in person. Lastly, and most seriously, I have a gluten allergy. Despite clearly asking for no crackers or cookie, the staff continues to include gluten-containing items in my to-go box, often nearly touching my food. This is not just frustrating—it’s a health risk, and it makes me hesitant to return.

The chicken salad (we have tried four different ones so far) have all been very good as has the pimento cheeses (watch that spicy one it isn't playing). I do wish they had tortilla chips for gluten free customers rather than crackers as well as other easy to substitute gluten free options for deserts and soups. It is great that all of the entrees are already, so that is a bIg help. What a great much healthier alternative to the typical fast food fare.
