Chili's Grill & Bar

We got into the restaurant at about 15 past 8 PM. It was about a 10-15 minute wait for the table. After a few minutes, our server came over to get our drinks and food order. It took about 45 minutes for us to get our food. I have a gluten allergy and requested no garlic bread on my smokehouse combo. I understand what my allergy is, but I cannot eat bread. My mom ordered the big mouth bites and her bread was hard. I had my order sent back. It then took another ~15 minutes to get my food. We spoke to, what I assume was a manager, about the situation and he told me my order was being compensated and a drink would be removed. We finally left around 10 PM. Usually this Chili's is good, but this was an absolutely awful visit.

Stopped by in the middle of the afternoon to celebrate my aunt's 80th birthday. I have a gluten intolerance and the waitress was awesome, understood my allergy and helped me pick a good meal I could eat! They brought my aunt out a bowl of ice cream and sang to her; she was delighted!
