Here's some friendly suggestions for improvement:
- It's nice that they ask if you want the waffle piece on your ice cream (for people avoiding gluten). However, when we said no, they still put it on seconds later. Perhaps they didn't hear us right or just went on autopilot haha!
- Add GF labels to the ice cream flavors on the wall, not just next to the ice cream. This helps when you're in line. Also, add GF labels on the website.
- Add a water fountain with cups like other Chill Bros locations.
