Chimayo

A spectacular spot on main! The interior design is very unique in the best way possible. I’ve never seen a restaurant like it with its gorgeous wood accents, 1/2 booths that are perfect for date night, iron water goblets, and even the yellow tiled bathroom! Food: The tortilla soup, tacos and sirloin were are AMAZING! They had some great wine selections too. The food is delicious, definitely on the more pricey side, but perfect for a special night out :) They have a few nice gluten free options too (see the pictures).

[Celiac/GF approved Chicken Fajitas (corn tortilla)] We're foodies. I had my doubts upon arrival, and menu prices did not seem justifiable to the entree descriptions. We had both versions of fajitas (chicken/trout), and each were constructed differently for their proteins. These are large portions that not only justified their asking prices but also prove the chef's skill in blending amazing flavors into art. They also honored our anniversary celebration with a gift (don't skip dessert). Friendly waitstaff and excellent experience overall. Thank you!
