Upon my visit and telling them about my celiac , the waiter immediately asked about specifics from my Allergy and told me the manager would be over the manager, explained different items that could have possible cross-contamination. I was impressed with the kitchen, staff and managers knowledge, and communication within our time there about my specific gluten-free and celiac needs celiac,
