The title says city, I'd say palace. This place is extensive in terms of size. Large round family tables for parties, small booths, separate bar room. Grand staircase entrance. Overall I could see this place as ideal for any occasion or party size.
Food is classic American Chinese fusion. Meaning mostly American interpretation. Meat and veggie options for curry, noodles, rice, rolls etc. Gluten free options. Good sized portions. Rice comes separate of dishes so make sure you order a side of your fav kind. (Brown, white, fried)
Kid friendly,
Elderly friendly,
wheelchair accessible (I think)
Drink menu is decent with beer, sake, and cocktails.
Staff are friendly and quick to order/seat.
Price is comparable to food quality
it's a staple restaurant in the community that you can rely on to be open when nothing else will be.
And the bar was surprisingly busy for the middle of a Monday so it must be pretty reputable.
