Amazing little hole in the wall, and as someone with Celiacs, it's one of the few places in Salem I feel safe to eat. Specify gluten free and they can make any dish for you!

Love love love this place. They can make everything gluten free (you just have to ask and sometimes it does make the food a bit less flavorful, but that's to be expected to happen sometimes). The staff are kind and it's almost always like 15-20 minutes tops for a take out order.
