Chinese Hot Pot Buffet ( 重慶火鍋 ）

Went for a co-worker Christmas party thing and I had never had hot pot before. ABSOLUTELY blown away!!!!!! A little bit pricey but it's so worth it because of all the fresh cut meat you can order and all of the fresh sea food and other things. There's something for everyone there: spicy, not spicy, pork free, gluten free, vegetarian, ect. Was SUPER crazy crazy busy when we went though. Definitely need to make a reservation!!! I would go back here again .

This place is busy for a reason. Good selection of meats, veggies, seafood and other hot pot items. You choose your own adventure. Important to note, they do have gluten free soy sauce and my friend (celiac) was ok to eat here. Service to refill your hot pot with soup was attentive. Admittedly there were some hot pot items (e.g. spicy beef) I tried that I didn’t like. Recommend you just order 1 piece if you are unsure. They do charge for food waste, which makes sense. Areas for improvement: - Food descriptions at the buffet are not too descriptive. - Sometimes at the buffet there were tongs being used for raw meats (that should be separated to prevent cross contamination) and other items. - beverage service was less attentive - desserts were so-so - reservations for smaller parties could help with the congestion
