A very good chiperia, all artisanal and family-run, with many gluten-free products. They told me that the chipa recipe comes from their father (a Paraguayan baker), which is why they're so delicious!
There are products based on chipa bread that I haven't seen elsewhere. Very good service and reasonable prices. Note! They're open Tuesday through Friday. I think they're at a fair on weekends.
