Chipmunks Playland and Café Toowoomba

We've been to many different chipmunks around Queensland and this one is by far the cleanest, well taken care of venue I've been too. The equipment is maintained, in great condition and safe. Every surface was clean and well kept. All of the entertainment options were working and my son had an absolute blast. Gluten free options available for food and drink. Thank you for providing such a great space.

Our child has egg and gluten allergies, which they don't cater for. After spending $45 for 3 kids, we had a very rude lady come up and lecture us for bringing in "outside food", a neccisity for a child with an egg and gluten allergy. We had also already spent another $25 on coffee (poorly made) and other snacks for the other children. Disgusting service from the older lady with pigtails. The other staff were lovely. This witch clearly hails from the west. As always, it was not what was said, it was how it was said that was the issue. Fyi, the coffee is always terrible.
