Chipotle Mexican Grill

I do not normally leave reviews but this was a must for me. This store was disgusting. The food line looked like is had not been wiped down all day and there was no chicken made, the steak looked like leather and there were no chips! Yes.... NO chips made. The beverage area had no available ice, no forks or spoons and when I asked the employee how I was to dine in and eat my burrito bowl she implied "we can provide you with a tortilla shell" I replied "I can not eat a tortilla shell, I have celiac disease. REALLY??? No forks? The employee was quiet and didn't have a solution for my dilemma of needing a eating utensil so I can enjoy my dinner. We pack up our food and brought it home. This was the worse restaurant visit I have ever had. I know there is an employee shortage but the management for this store needs to get it together.

The waits always are at least 20 minutes behind schedule, and sometimes it’s been an hour past. I’ve come in here and the line inside is moving faster than the online orders. I understand them being busy, but people who order online have payed long before the people inside, so online orders should take some more priority. Another issue I have is I have a family member that is a celiac, meaning they can’t have gluten. We order hard shell taco shells, which are safe for him. But constantly they run out and do not tell us, and then replace it with a soft tortilla shell, which he cannot have. And if I ask to have them remake it due to this fact, they try to fight me and say they cannot because they ran out. And if they do, they still put the soft shell in, even after I requested they didn’t.
