I don’t know what happened to this Chipotle but since 2025, it has taken a turn for the worst. My boyfriend ordered a cheese quesadilla online for 8pm pick up on a Saturday. He went in to pick up his order and felt the bag was a little light so began to open the food. Portions were very light and he didn’t receive a quesadilla at all. When he asked staff about it they said, “we ran out of cheese and decided not to make it”.. they also weren’t forthcoming with telling us they couldn’t make one of our orders upon pick up… the employees really tried to pull one over on us… at a reputable food chain. We’ll be informing corporate and requesting a refund online. It’s unacceptable. The store was empty when it used to be its busiest on Saturday’s and I can understand why… the staff is unreliable, they close early, make their own food before their customers, and fool around with things like this. Go anywhere else. It will certainly be our last time at this location which is so sad as it is such a nice, convenient spot. Update: Upon arriving home we noticed the child’s meal we ordered didn’t come in its designated container and instead of hard shell (corn flour) tacos we were given soft shell (wheat flour) which are not gluten free and as we have celiacs in this family this has absolutely ruined our night.
