They are NEVER open and when and if they are open they screw up the orders. My daughter has celiac so she has to eat gluten free. Ordered her the hard taco online knowing it is a corn shell. They decided replacing it with a soft shell which is not gluten free instead of asking if it was ok to replace it when I picked up. All the orders were screwed up nothing we ordered was in our bag.
