Nice, clean store with great customer service. We have to eat gluten-free and Chipotle has a protocol for that. The staff at this store happily switched spoons out, washed their hands, and put on new gloves. They didn't make us feel small or like we were a bother. They just served us quickly and with a smile. The food was great!

Been to Chipotle's from Minnesota, to grand junction, to south Carolina. The one in Jonesboro Arkansas didn't seem as trained in celiac protocol, but they adapted quickly and with great kindness. 6/5 stars for willing to go above and beyond. Only complaint was the guy who rung us up at the register seemed as if he would have rather been anywhere else in the world.
