Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’m going to start by admitting I go to Chipotle way too often. 😂 But back in the fall of 2025 my daughter and I were diagnosed with Celiac disease. I continued coming here and would share that with the employees and ask for certain accommodations. They have always done a fantastic job of doing what I asked and making this one of my “safe” food places. (I don’t have many.)Although they’ve always done a great job, I still hate feeling like an inconvenience and holding everyone up while I explain everything. Yesterday, I came in to get dinner, and I said, “I have Celiac disease,” and the woman immediately knew what needed to happen. What a sense of relief. I have never had that happen before. I thought maybe she was just familiar with the disease, but I came in today to get lunch for my daughter, and I said it to another employee. He immediately started doing all the protocols that I used to have to explain each time. I can’t explain how incredible it made me feel to not have to explain it all and receive safe food. I don’t know if it’s because of how often we came in the last 6 months sharing the name of our disability and needed accommodations, or if there was just updated training, but I will continue to share how amazing the workers are here regarding food safety and disabilities.

Constantly giving me the wrong order, always rushing and pushing to get me out of the store even when the restaurant is empty which causes the miscommunications. They don't bus their tables, as far as I've seen. I love Chipotle and I eat there more than twice a week but this particular branch doesn't seem to care for quality. I will say that the cashier (whose name I can't tell you as they don't have name tags) is very polite. As for food, it's not that great. Juices are always soaking through the bowl and leaking out through the bag. The food is neither warm nor cold. The guacamole has hard, under ripe chunks in it. They let their food cross contaminate, cheese into lettuce, lettuce into guac, etc. Don't know the difference between corn and flour soft tortillas. That may not be a big deal to a lot of people but it means that those of us who can't eat gluten, and come home to a flour tortilla instead of corn, are disappointed.
