4/2024 Chipotle Hingham- sad to say …
I was very hungry and craving Mexican food - I was shocked at how dirty the floors , some tables and especially where all the food was all around the containers and the food looked stale. I left . It’s more upsetting because I’m celiac GF and a vegetarian so I have limited places to eat ! I had been so happy when they opened near me . Did they change hands it used to be clean!
The owner responded to my review! when I tried to get in touch with them as requested it was very complicated -see pictures of confusing responses .
(I would not give them certain permissions. )
You don’t seem vested in your business anymore! No one is obviously overseeing your dirty restaurants. It’s been told to me that your new Hanover chipotle Mexican Grill has been filthy since it was opened to the point where the people I know wouldn’t even eat there! You’re losing a lot of business!. I was in marketing research. How are you gonna get us all back as customers ?
It’s upsetting to me because I love your menu and my special diet limits where I can eat.
