Chipotle Mexican Grill

Wow horrible customer service. My child has celiac disease. When I asked for the gluten free protocol the worker had no idea what to do, the supervisor told her but she proceeded to keep taking the wrong ingredients, not the ones from the fresh bins that she got out and set behind her to use. 3 tries to make a burrito bowl. Then when we said you have to grab the lettuce from the bin behind you she got angry and turned around and threw the bowl in the trash and stormed off abandoning us and the line of customers mid service. Once we got the right bowl, it took forever, there was barely anything in it but lettuce and nobody said a word to correct how we we're treated. Don't eat at this location if you have an ADA or food allergy because they will treat you like straight trash when you ask for a safety protocol for your disease. Besides it was very dirty inside the food prep area and floors. Shameful. I've never seen or experienced a chipotle so ghetto and rude.

Friendly staff, great food! We go here more often than anywhere because one of us loves (and can eat) anything--dairy, gluten, whatever. I can eat the burrito bowl because I can leave out the cheese, sour cream, corn, and gluten. Flavor is completely satisfying. I don't miss a thing!
