Chipotle Mexican Grill

Oooh....I love Chipotle. Gluten-free fast food that's healthy if you want it to be? Heck yeah! This particular location also seems to be very clean and well-organized when I go in, the lines move quickly, and the staff is efficient, friendly, and helpful. The only downside is that I almost always choose to get my food to-go because the atmosphere is yuck: loud, bright, sort of a sensory invasion. I honestly don't know how people stand it.

Sure the food tastes good but when the wait staff tells you they are out of hard taco shells? Really? A Mexican restaurant that is out of taco shells? At lunchtime? And they won't make you more, or get more out of the freezer or whatever. I give 2 stars because the manager did offer to comp part of the meal, so thanks for that. Why would I go back here? We have a gluten sensitivity and were looking forward to this meal on corn tacos instead of yet another salad. I won't be going back.
