Chipotle Mexican Grill

My family has Celiac disease and chipotle is one of the only restaurants we can safely go to. The staff here was not accommodating to our needs. I kinds asked for them to take precautions and the staff barely did any of the necessary steps to ensure gluten free food. I hope they see this to get further training.

Sad rating I know! I'm a huge fan of Chipotle, hands down. As gluten free options are available & the YUM factor is real! But this rating is for the individual store & experience, so I won't sugar coat my review. First, service was bad, once bowl was made, the staff at register left for almost 5 minutes to check on forks. Second, they were completely out of forks. As you can see from my goofy pictures, it was an ordeal for my party of 3 to eat meal. Third, it was great big chunks of avocado 🥑, unsalted on my bowl instead of guacamole. Which I willingly choose to regularly pay over $2 for because of great fat content. Not having a fork meant tossing my lettuce in the trash & working with a knife and spoon to cut avocado and get it into my mouth with chicken chunks that were abnormally large. Again, I really like Chipotle. This location is currently hiring, so if anyone feels like turning this Elk River branch around, it would be MUCH appreciated!
