Online/mobile pickup order came out wrong. Ordered crispy tacos and got soft. My wife and mother in law are gluten free so this was a bummer to get all the way back to the hotel after a long day of travel and realize they messed up the order. Advice to the people (and myself) using the chipotle app, always check your orders when you pick them up. Even if they seem busy and they staple the bag shut.
