Chipotle Mexican Grill

I will never come back to this chipotle, even though it’s the closest one that I live to. Every time I come here there is not a single staff member that is the same and I have to assume that it’s because of bad management. It is so unbelievably messy and unorganized along with all of that the portions are NEVER consistent. I got about a golf ball size of guacamole and that’s after asking for more twice (pictured). I also am gluten intolerant and this past summer they did not feel like making their own chips so they got store-bought flour chips and I ate them not thinking anything of it and got sick for the day. Beyond all of that, they often charge for things that they don’t give you. I beg of anyone looking at this, just go to a different restaurant or at the very least a different chipotle.

Might be the most anti-consumer Chipotle. If you want crunchy tacos be warned they don't like making the shells and stop serving them after lunch. Have celiac and can't eat the flour tortilla? Don't worry, instead of calling you, they'll sub and never answer the phone when it's delivered. They called the person ahead of me a lair when he brought in his mistake order, so that was cool. Edit: I want to add more to this story. When I did go in to ask why I got tortillas instead of corn taco shells, you know what I was asked? They literally looked me dead in the eyes and said, "How do we know you didn't swap the corn shells out for your own tortillas?" I'M SORRY? Yes, they got me. They caught me in what I thought was the perfect crime. Yup, that's me, literally going to Cub to get tortillas, dissecting my Chipotle tacos, reassembling them in my Mission brand wraps, DRIVING THEM BACK, and getting a refund... ...to get three "free" tacos shells? FLABBERGASTED!
