Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have celiac disease, And eat their burrito bowls. I have never gotten sick. So for me it's a great place to eat gluten free food!

The staff here was SO RUDE!!! My husband and I decided to stop in for lunch. I have celiac disease so sensitive that if my husband eats gluten and then kisses me, I'll get sick. He informed the worker that I have celiac disease and both our bowels would need to be gluten free. She VERY rudely said, "like that's an allergy?" And rolled her eyes. We explained no, it's an autoimmune disease. She changed her gloves but didn't wipe the countertop or change serving utensils. Then another worker asked what I wanted after running her hands along the prep area. I asked her to change her gloves and she refused. Instead she took orders for the people behind me. Behind her, two other workers kept looking at me and giggling. I finally spoke up and explained the seriousness of my AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE to which they responded with eye rolls. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I live in Ohio and the chipotle workers there are fantastic!!!! All I have to do is say I have celiac disease and everyone stops what they're doing, washes hands, wipes the prep area, uses fresh utensils, and changes gloves without me even having to ask or feel bad. The workers at this store have serious "better than thou" attitudes and obviously couldn't be bothered to actually DO THEIR JOB. I will NEVER eat here again.
