Chipotle Mexican Grill

i was served tacos with gluten after saying that i’m gluten-free. the service is bad but the food very good.

Celiac, gluten intolerant, gluten allergy etc BEWARE!! Went here hoping to grab something safe before getting on Amtrak. Their seemed to be a language barrier regarding “gluten allergy” (yes, I know celiac is autoimmune, but gluten allergy seems to get more attention in restaurants). I tried explaining the protocol as I have been to many chipotles before (change gloves, get fresh utensils, get fresh food bins). She got the manager. The manager handed me an allergy card, changed her gloves, and then refused to get fresh food containers and utensils even after explaining to her that it was contaminated by the tortillas. She said “that’s too bad” and put away my burrito bowl container and then said goodbye. I went across the way to Cava where I had no problems. Unfortunately, this Chipotle is not safe for people that need to gluten free out of medical necessity like I’ve known every other Chipotle in the US to be.
