Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food was vile and staff was rude, go to a different chipotle please. I was loving this chipotle it’s in a very convenient spot for me but yesterday my friend and I were so busy, we decided to stop here and pick up food. We did not eat anything all day long and when my friend went to go pick it up, she was treated very rudely with attitude but it’s whatever. Get home to open our hard shell tacos and they are all soft tacos, my friend has a severe gluten allergy so it was inedible for her completely. How do you mess that up? Well at least we still had the chips on the side…. just kidding they drowned her SOFT TACOS in ALL OF THE GUACAMOLE WE ORDERED. Is that it? Nope. THE STEAK WAS SPOILED. We are very sick today after taking a single bite. At the time I wish I could call them but they just offered customer support. No refund either, thanks chipotle I’ll probably never spend a dime there again. I seriously hope they shut down. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

Chipolte has procedures in place to prepare food for gluten allergy orders but most employees dont follow it. In store, id let them know ahead of time about gluten allergy orders, and then had to tell them what needs to be done, instead of them being properly trained. My biggest issue is when ordering online, there isnt anyway to inform them of a gluten allergy order. Even if you order with the name as gluten allergy the food preparer doesnt see it or much less care. As much as i love chipolte, Parma location #2 service sucks. Gluten allergy individuals beware.
