Chipotle Mexican Grill

My wife has always loved the bowls at Chipotle's, having to be gluten-free. The last three times she has went there you have to search for a door that is not locked. I watched four people turn around and walk away. And this trip the food was "the worst I have ever gotten from there" my wife told me. And that is from a woman that loves the chain. Very sad.

zero stars if I could don't go to the nw location if you are gluten sensitive. both times I have been there this past month the food was really bad, and they don't have any policy for preventing cross contamination except for changing their gloves. they still serve from every container that's been touched by everyone else all day. I was sick all weekend after eating there. good luck with trying to find someone in charge to talk to about it. I went all the way back after my last visit to talk to a Manager, everyone was pretty clueless and didn't care
