Chipotle Mexican Grill

I just had the worst experience of my life as a gluten-free person.I have coeliac disease and I went to ask them to make a gluten-free bowl and none of the workers understood what I was saying. I asked for gluten-free and they thought I wanted a free bowl and insisted that I would have to pay. I said that I will pay but I just want it gluten-free and again they said it’s not possible free you’ll have to pay for like 15 minutes until I just left. I have had a very good experiences at Chipotle as a gluten-free person before but this specific location I will never go back to, and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone
