Must be understaffed and undertrained with poor management... Traveling through and stopped at a chain we like. Every lemonade was empty at 8:30 pm. The employee said it was too close to closing to refill the lemonades (11:00 pm.) Never heard of that 2.5 hours to closing. Employee had no idea what to do when I said gluten allergy. Employees were unable to keep up with the dining room or restroom, as the tables and floor were dirty. The restroom smelled bad and was not clean. No friendliness. General attitude was apathy. If this was my only Chipotle experience, I would never, ever return.
