Chipotle Mexican Grill

It’s 2022 why is there no changing table in this restaurant. We were hungry for supper and decided to do a mobile order. It’s a 30 minute round trip to chipotle and home. My husband went to get the order and I stayed home with the kids. When my husband got home we went to eat and discovered that instead of a cheesy chicken burrito and a paleo steak bowl, we had a paleo steak burrito and a cheesy chicken bowl. My breastfed baby and I have a dairy and gluten allergy. So this food wouldn’t work for us in the slightest. Back to chipotle we went. They did replace our food and offer to give us free food next time. But its still extremely frustrating to have spent an hour and a half on the road. We will be getting our free food and no longer coming here. We did eat here quite frequently because it’s one of the few places I trusted.

Fresh food and great taste. New employee was eager to help and serve our gluten free order. We appreciate that effort and extra mile to ensure our family's food is GF!!
