By my wife's want, we went and checked out the new Chipotle here in Bay City. Bring a person with celiac disease, I was sure there food would be gluten covered; however, I was taken aback to hear that 98% of their foods are gluten free! (Avoid the flour tortillas of course!) Upon asking about allergens, the manager on shift promptly gave me a card stating all potential allergens. All in all it was a very tasty bowl they made me and I hadn't felt ostracized for asking about glutens! I shall surely be back again another day.
