Stopped in just after peak dinner hours. Was hardly acknowledged by staff, though the crew member on the line was happy to was their hands to serve a celiac customer in my party. A slovenly looking lad replaced that crew member on the line and had fairly well non-existent warmth. I was notified extra cheese would cost extra (since when?) moments before instead being told that they were out of cheese. Experience sucked, but the steak was good, which is such a rarity anymore that it is the only thing preventing me for asking for my money back.
