In most of the Chipotle locations, staff is actively trained to quickly address the needs of gluten-free patrons, with specific procedures that reduce contamination from gluten. I recently saw some training in progress in North Richland Hills at the 820 and Rufe Snow location, in fact, and everyone was eager to test their system. Since Celiac Disease is expressed in most of our immediate family members, knowing Chipotle Restaurants care to keep us well is really fantastic!! Love the fresh Bowls with Barbacoa.
