Very awesome for Celiacs! As soon as I said I had a gluten allergy they washed hands and switched gloves. They went through what I’d like to have in my burrito bowl and got new spoons and grabbed fresh ingredients from underneath. Can’t say how happy I was to see someone care so much about my allergy.
