I have a gluten allergy. After being ignored for 10 minutes in line, the person who was going to take my order didn’t get fresh utensils like they do at every other location I’ve visited. I didn’t feel safe continuing my order so I just walked out. Not worth risking myself when the staff can’t be bothered to follow food safety precautions.

I ordered 3 crispy corn tacos because I am allergic to gluten, but then got home to discover that they gave me 3 flour tortillas. On the receipt itself it says "crispy tacos" and yet all 3 tacos were soft, flour tortillas. I then called twice. The first time I called and the automated machine hung up on me and the second time I called, the phone kept ringing until it eventually hung up too.
