I ordered 3 crispy corn tacos because I am allergic to gluten, but then got home to discover that they gave me 3 flour tortillas. On the receipt itself it says "crispy tacos" and yet all 3 tacos were soft, flour tortillas. I then called twice. The first time I called and the automated machine hung up on me and the second time I called, the phone kept ringing until it eventually hung up too.

On a vacation trip to Seattle area. This Chipotle experience was better than we usually have in the Denver area. My wife is gluten allergic and they were very willing to accommodate preparation of her entree by changing gloves, etc. Store layout was more amicable.
